2. Membership & Account Security
Membership is strictly for personal use. One account belongs to one student only.
If we detect that you are sharing your login credentials or "All-Access" account with multiple people, your membership will be terminated without a refund.
3. No Refund Policy
Since we deal in Digital Downloads (PDFs), once a purchase is made or a membership is activated, the products are delivered instantly.
Therefore, we have a Strict No-Refund Policy. We request all students to check our "Free PDFs" first to satisfy themselves with the quality before making a purchase.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content, including PDFs, text, and logos on indiagkpdf.in, is the intellectual property of this website.
Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or uploading our PDFs on Telegram groups, WhatsApp, or any other website. Doing so will result in legal action under the Copyright Act.
5. Payment & UPI Transactions
All payments are handled securely through our payment partners (Razorpay/UPI).
If a payment fails but money is deducted, please contact us at [contact@indiagkpdf.in] with the transaction ID. We will resolve it within 24-48 hours.
