​2. Membership & Account Security
​Membership is strictly for personal use. One account belongs to one student only.
​If we detect that you are sharing your login credentials or “All-Access” account with multiple people, your membership will be terminated without a refund.

​3. No Refund Policy
​Since we deal in Digital Downloads (PDFs), once a purchase is made or a membership is activated, the products are delivered instantly.
​Therefore, we have a Strict No-Refund Policy. We request all students to check our “Free PDFs” first to satisfy themselves with the quality before making a purchase.

​4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
​All content, including PDFs, text, and logos on indiagkpdf.in, is the intellectual property of this website.
​Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or uploading our PDFs on Telegram groups, WhatsApp, or any other website. Doing so will result in legal action under the Copyright Act.

​5. Payment & UPI Transactions
​All payments are handled securely through our payment partners (Razorpay/UPI).
​If a payment fails but money is deducted, please contact us at [contact@indiagkpdf.in] with the transaction ID. We will resolve it within 24-48 hours.
